**Return Eligibility**
1. You may return an item within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.



**Items Not Eligible for Return**
The following items are not eligible for return:
1. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase.
2. Personalized or customized items that cannot be resold.
3. Perishable goods, including food, flowers, or any other products with a limited shelf life.



**Return Procedure**
1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Wiggiespets23@gmail within 14 days of your purchase. You will need to provide your order number and a description of the item you wish to return.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return.
3. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and the RA number is clearly marked on the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.



**Refund Process**
1. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.



**Exchanges**
If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the replacement item you wish to receive. We will ship the replacement once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility for return.



**Damaged or Defective Items**
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.



**Cancellation of Orders**
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once the item has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
